About Anchored Pathways

At Anchored Pathways, I believe no family should have to navigate the hospice journey alone.

After years of experience as a hospice nurse, I witnessed firsthand the questions, uncertainty, and emotional challenges families face when a loved one is approaching the end of life.

While hospice agencies provide valuable medical care and support, many families still find themselves searching for answers, reassurance, and guidance as they navigate difficult decisions and unfamiliar circumstances.

Anchored Pathways was created to provide that additional layer of support.

My role is not to replace hospice care, but to walk alongside families as a trusted guide—helping them understand what to expect, prepare for important conversations, navigate available resources, and feel more confident throughout the journey. Whether you are considering hospice services, have recently enrolled a loved one in hospice, or are already receiving hospice care, I am here to provide compassionate guidance, education, and support.

Through virtual, and/or phone consultations, I help families gain clarity during uncertain times and better understand the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of the hospice experience. Together, we can address concerns, discuss options, and create a greater sense of peace and preparedness.
